Our Guarantee We pre-screen all of our Referral Law Firms before we refer LEO members. If, however, a dispute does arise between you and one of our outside Referral Law Firms, we make a limited guarantee. First, our account executive will try to resolve the matter by discussing the issues with both parties. Second, if the dispute still exists, we ask that both parties submit to voluntary arbitration. If you prevail at voluntary arbitration and the outside referral firm does not pay the arbitration judgment, we will pay you up to $1000.
